Response of New Yellow Lupin Varieties to Inoculation with Bradyrhizobium sp. Lupinus under Central European Conditions

چکیده

The aim of a two-factorial field experiment was to determine how the inoculation seeds/soil with preparations Bradyrhizobium sp. Lupinus (Nitragina—seed inoculation, Nitroflora I—seed II—soil HiStick® Lupin—seed inoculation) affected plant development, seed chemical composition and yield two yellow lupin varieties (Bursztyn, Puma). This carried out four replications in 2018 2019 Poland. Precipitation during both vegetation periods similar or lower than long-term mean. Average Puma significantly greater Bursztyn (by 0.22 t ha−1). According correlation coefficients, mainly related height, dry mass nodules per 1000 seeds. Our results suggest that legumes, such as lupin, should always be inoculated Bradyrhizobium, especially if they are cultivated for first time field. For optimal results, highest-quality used. In our study, best were observed after Lupin which resulted highest protein content, across all treatments.

Genome sequence of the lupin-nodulating Bradyrhizobium sp. strain WSM1417

Bradyrhizobium sp. strain WSM1417 is an aerobic, motile, Gram-negative, non-spore-forming rod that was isolated from an effective nitrogen (N2) fixing root nodule of Lupinus sp. collected in Papudo, Chile, in 1995. However, this microsymbiont is a poorly effective N2 fixer with the legume host Lupinus angustifolius L.; a lupin species of considerable economic importance in both Chile and Austra...

Evaluation of agronomic traits and seed yield of lupin (Lupinus spp. L.) germplasm under environmental conditions of Karaj in Iran

Introduction of new crops is one of the strategic approaches for production of feed for livestock and hence protein requirements for the increasing population. White lupine (Lupinus albus L.), yellow lupine (L. luteus L.) and blue (narrow leaf) lupine (L. angustifolius L.) are legumes that can be used for production of feed for livestock and as result protein requirements for the increasing pop...

Putative porin of Bradyrhizobium sp. (Lupinus) bacteroids induced by glyphosate.

Application of glyphosate (N-[phosphonomethyl] glycine) to Bradyrhizobium sp. (Lupinus)-nodulated lupin plants caused modifications in the protein pattern of bacteroids. The most significant change was the presence of a 44-kDa polypeptide in bacteroids from plants treated with the higher doses of glyphosate employed (5 and 10 mM). The polypeptide has been characterized by the amino acid sequenc...
